Delivery and Returns

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal or cheque.  (Goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.)

Payments are secured by PayPal.

 

DELIVERY

Orders received before noon, Mon. to Fri., will be despatched on the same day by first class post.  Orders received over the weekend period will be dispatched on Monday. all heart accessories can not be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail.  Special delivery is available at an extra charge.

RETURNS
All items are checked prior to despatch, however, should an item arrive damaged or faulty you should email us immediately and return the goods within forty hours.  On receipt of the goods a replacement will be made or a full refund will be given, including postage.
 
Should you change your mind about a product you should email us asking for a returns form.  The form should be completed and sent back to us, together with the goods, within seven days.  (Items should be returned in their original packaging and in an unused state).
Please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange earrings.  We will exchange the item or make a full refund, however,in this case postage will not be refunded.  Refunds will only be made to the original card used to make the purchase.
For your own safety we recommend you return goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  We can not accept responsibility for goods returned to us by standard delivery.
